Jim is by far the BEST realtor around. He is patient (took over a year to find our perfect home), honest (he tells you if he doesn't know and follows up with finding out the answers), and he actually listens to you and your wants, he does not try to pressure you into anything. I highly recommend Jim, he was fabulous
